By creating an account or using Padam AI, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your country.

• Generations consume credits from your balance. Credit costs may change as model pricing changes.
• Purchased credits are applied to your account after successful payment confirmation.
• Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable. Failed generations are refunded automatically to your balance where possible.

You agree not to use Padam AI to create or distribute content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, defamatory, deceptive, infringing on someone else's rights, or intended to harass or impersonate others. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

You retain rights to the prompts and reference images you upload. Subject to these terms and the policies of the underlying model providers, you may use the images you generate, including commercially. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any material you upload.

AI output can be inaccurate, unexpected, or resemble existing works. Results are provided "as is" and you should review them before publishing or relying on them.

Features may change, and some capabilities are labelled beta or coming soon and may be unavailable, limited, or removed. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or for abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful activity.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Padam AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
